Good for me, but not for my wife

I had an increase in desire after taking this supplement. The first pill produced quite a strong reaction for me in terms of sexual thoughts and erections. The second pill taken 2 days later had a reduced, but noticeable effect.My wife tried it also, but she reported heart palpitations and no effect on libido. She mentioned the name “Tonkat Ali” means “Ali’s Cane” in the Malay language. She remembered these Tonkat Ali root being sold in her home town markets, for men’s problems.
Now that I am in the third week of usage I have to say this supplement is effective. If I sprinkle some root powder under my tongue it often will produce an immediate erection.
